YOGA WITH MIKE
My teaching style is flowing, athletic and highly eclectic, incorporating various influences including, Pilates, Strength Training, Plyometrics, Gyrotonics and the best practices of the many great teachers whom I have had the good fortune to meet.
My classes are an improvisational affair. No two classes are the same.
I like to impart a sense of play, irreverence, good music and fun to promote a safe atmosphere of positive thinking and body awareness.
I use visual demonstrations and hands-on adjustments to assist my students to achieve their goals. My hope is to have my students leave our class feeling renewed, refreshed and invigorated.
